Manual Pressure Control Systems

We provide Manual Pressure Control Systems that allow the operator to control the Hydrostatic Pressure Testing functions of the system by hand.  They are suitable for simple pressure control where Automation is not necessary and pressure adjustments are made by manually opening and closing valves or using push button switches.

Additional low pressure components for filling, purging and draining can be included along with integrated water holding tanks and Data logging capabilities.

Our Manual Pressure Control Systems can be supplied on a Portable Skid or Panel Mounted for fixed installations.

We have a number of standard systems on offer, but our flexible approach means that we can also provide bespoke designs to meet customer’s specific needs.

Applications and Customer Uses

Manual Pressure Control Systems are generally used by customers who have lower risk testing applications where non-hazardous media and low temperatures are involved.  The accurate control or linearity of pressurisation is not as important, however, where possible the operator works remotely or is guarded from the high pressure pipework and Pressure Vessel.

Customers in the Oil & Gas and Subsea sectors have used Manual Pressure Control Systems for Product Verification, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Production Testing of subsea electrical components, hoses, cables, penetrators and valve seal arrangements.
